Hi I am looking for a system to help me manage staff rotas for my wedding business. The staff are typically young waiters/ waitresses who do various shifts. Would diary booker help with this? Celia

      Hi Celia,

Great website you have there at the Wellbeing farm!

Managing staff rotas is not specifically what DiaryBooker is designed for, but it always surprises me how many different business models it can be used to fit! We do have cleaning companies using it in this kind of way though. The best thing would probably be to have a phone call and chat about your specific needs. My friend Jamie runs http://www.thebestsingingwaiters.com which sounds like a similar business structure and he looked at DiaryBooker for his business, it wasn’t a perfect fit, so his input would be useful.
Thanks for getting in touch, I will drop you an email so you can call us back when you are free.

We are a coach psv transport company and are looking for an online booking system so that we can keep track of what jobs we have out each day. We may not necessarily need the text system on all bookings depending whether the content can be changed. please can you advise

The content of the texts is currently fairly fixed, but includes whatever names you use to call your services (below is a link to a more lengthy explanation). Also you can choose certain services to send texts and some services to not send texts… hope that helps to answer the question.

Yes they can, one you have an account, there is a web address (URL) which you can give to your customers (or add the link to your website) and because they will not be logged in as an administrator (you) then they will not be able to see any customer information. You can also set a global password, so that only customers who have the password can access the page.

Just to let you know, this content looks a little bit odd from my smart phone. Who knows perhaps it is just my phone. Great post by the way.
